#### We're continuing the momentum with a new round of updates designed to improve your workflow and efficiency. Here's a look at what's new:

**New Features**

- **Commercial Lines**: Streamlined Change Request process with the new CL Change Request Form (A175).
- **Agency Performance Partners**: Gain deeper insights into your agency's performance with 5 new Assessment Reports: 
    - **New Business**: Analyze your new business acquisition trends and identify areas for improvement.
    - **Book of Business**: Evaluate the health and composition of your existing book of business.
    - **Cancellations**: Track cancellation rates and pinpoint potential retention issues.
    - **Tasks**: Monitor overall task completion and identify any bottlenecks.
    - **Tasks Overdue**: Stay on top of outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion.

- **Insured Items**: Enhanced management of Inland Marine items with new Insert, Edit, and On-Page Edit capabilities.
- **Policy Important Dates**: Improved usability with On-Page Edit, Delete functionality, new Batch Actions, a filter for Policy Tags, and export capabilities.
- **Commercial Lines Rating Data**: Added "Number of Locations" field for a more accurate rating.
- **Additional Interests**: Expanded options with the addition of "Obligee" as a new type of additional interest.

**Feature Improvements**

- **Interactive Reports**: "Agency Commissions Net Agent Commissions" report now includes a "Line of Business" column for granular analysis.
- **Agency Overview**: New "Commission Summary" provides a quick overview based on the previous month's policy amounts.
- **Carriers**: Easily view NAIC information by hovering over carrier entries in grids and details pages.
- **Policy Details / Info Center**: Active policies with reinstatement dates will now display an orange status indicator for better visibility.
- **Insureds**: "Customer Since Date" added to the Details Subline for a clearer view of client history.
- **Agent Charges**: "Balance" is now displayed in Total Amounts for improved financial tracking.
