#### Here’s what’s new across MomentumAMP, Roam, Automation Center, and Toolbox/AI:

 

###### **Agency Management System**

- **AI Search Assistant** is now live on **Opportunities, Claims, and Service Requests**.
- **Interactive Reports – Net Agent Commission**: New filters for **LoB Class** & **Business Type**.
- **Custom Fields Search Tool**: Choose between **equals** or **contains** for text comparisons.
- **Opportunities**: Now support multi-field changes through the combined bulk action.
- **Referral Sources**: Filter between **Active | Inactive | All**.
- **Tasks**: Update task status directly from the same section as task stages.
- **Invoices/Receivables**: See **Linked Insureds** from the invoice list.
- **Carriers List**: Filter by **A.M. Best Rating – BCR & FCS**.
- **Commission Statements**: New **“Number of Records”** column & filter.
- **Agents List**: New column & filter for **Agency** (visible for master agencies only).
- **Receivables/Payables**: Two new type filters – **Show with $0 balance** and **Show Past Due only**.
- **Service Requests**: The Due date now shows with **color indicators** (like Tasks).
- **Policy List**: Added search by **Policy URL** with wildcards like * or [empty].

###### **Roam Mobile App**

- **Task View**: See task and activity **details inline**.
- **Inactive Insureds**: Search now includes inactive profiles + status badge on the profile.
- **Send Certificates**: **Insureds can now send Simple Certificates** without approval if permission is given.
- **Improved Search**: Smarter search for **Insureds, Prospects, Policies**, and Contacts.

###### **Automation Center**

- **Template Enhancements**: Attach **files to Email & SMS templates improvements**
- **Proposal Generator**: Fresh **design** + dynamic summary for **all policy types**.
- **Automation History**: View all touchpoints, including **entry/exit logs** on profiles.
- **Task Touchpoints**: Trigger automation based on **task status or related dates**.
- **Touchpoint History**: Sort by date & see **send reasons/failures** (e.g., missing email).

###### **Toolbox / AI**

- Major AI training across:
  
    - **Acord/Dec Page Scans**
    - **Commission Document Scan**
    - **AI-powered Scan Assistant**
- Improved prompt context: If you upload a file, the AI won’t ask for it again when continuing a thread.
