Today’s update brings a powerful lineup of enhancements across reporting, search tools, and data management:

 
Agency Management System

  • Interactive Reports: A new Customer Retention report has been added and is now available.

  • Data Quality Tools: A new page providing quick access to all data quality tools has been added and is accessible from both the dashboard and dashboard light.

  • Prospects & Quotes: Combined batch actions streamline your follow-ups.

  • Custom Fields Search: Tag filtering + bulk tag edits.

  • Driver License Scan: Fully integrated and ready to use.

  • Grid Toggle Fit: Set as default in your layout configurator.

  • Insured List: Filter by active policies and specific LoBs with logic operators.

  • Totals & Averages: Switch easily between both in financial summaries.

  • Carriers: Search by Service Score.

  • Boats: New filter—“Has Active Policy”.

  • Direct Bill Payments: Filter for past-due items.
