New Features

• Custom Type for Service Requests: Added a new, customizable field, "Custom Type" for all service request types.
• Copy to User Configuration Defaults: Added "Copy to User" functionality for Dashboard, Label Dictionary, Global Search, Interactive Reports, and Navigation Palette settings.

Feature Improvements

• Insured Items: Enhanced "Commercial Umbrella" sections with Insert, Edit, and Details tabs.
• Agent Charges:
  
  • Added the ability to link agent charges directly to commission statements.
  • Introduced batch actions for managing agent charges, including "Add Payment," "Link to Statement," and "Mark as Fully Collected."
    
• Service Requests: New batch action to update "Custom Type" across multiple requests.
• Agency Details: Consolidated view of all agent charges, accessible from a single location.
• Data Quality Tools: Added functionality to identify records with invalid email formats.
• Policy / Quote List:
  • Added a "Coverages" column and filter for improved sorting and visibility.
  • Introduced a new column for "Agency Fees."
• Agent Details: User logs now include a link to the global user log list for expanded access.

• Agency Commission Statements Reports: A new grid action for Agency Commission Statement-based reports was added.
• Agency Commissions Unearned: Introduced a new report for unearned agency commissions.
