This release introduces enhancements across commissions, agent statements, carrier reporting, workflow efficiency, navigation usability, and AI interface improvements.

Several updates focus on improving operational visibility, simplifying daily actions, and refining statement exports and reporting tools.

##### New Features  &  Enhancements

 

###### **Agent Charges & Commission Statements**

**Agent Charge Templates**

- Create reusable Agent Charge Templates.
- Templates can now be assigned directly to an agent statement.

**Agent Commission Statements – Enhanced Export**

- New export option available.
- When exporting commission statements, associated Agent Charges will now appear at the bottom of the export file.

###### **Sub-Agency / Master Agency Controls**

**Restrict Visibility Option**

- Master Agencies now have the option to restrict visibility for “Not Processor” records.
- This allows more granular data control at the master level.

###### **Reporting Enhancements**

**Carrier Downloads Stats Report**

- Added new column: **Net Change Amt**

This provides clearer visibility into policy premium changes within carrier download statistics.

###### **Insured & Property Management**

**Properties – Merge Option**

- Properties can now be merged to eliminate duplicates and maintain clean records.

**Insured / Prospect Info Center – Contacts Tab**

- You can now add a contact directly from the Contacts tab within the Info Center.

**Insureds / Prospects – Grid Actions**

- Added direct link to **Add New Workflow Checklist** from both list and detail views.

###### **Renewal  Center **

**Risk Appetite**

-  Risk Appetite functionality added within the Renewal Center for improved renewal evaluation. 

###### **Agent & Office Management**

**Agents – Batch Action**

- Added ability to batch update **Primary Office**.

###### **Navigation & UI Improvements**

**Primary Navigation**

- Nested items now support hover behavior for improved accessibility.

**AI Side Panel**

- Improvements made to panel positioning and rendering for a smoother user experience.
