This release introduces new agency management tools, enhanced reporting capabilities, expanded Action Center functionality, and additional visibility into account ownership and agency performance. Several reporting and data quality improvements have also been added to help agencies better manage their book of business.

#### Agency Management Enhancements

##### New Agency Focus Page

- Added a new **Agency Focus** page
- Accessible from **Agency Overview**
- Includes configurable options to customize the view

##### Account Manager Tracking

A new **Account Manager** field has been added to:

- Insureds
- Prospects
- Insert/Edit screens
- Detail pages
- List views
- Batch Actions

- Filter and organize records by Account Manager

##### Agency Address Updates

You can now:

- Add a logo
- Replace a logo
- Remove a logo

directly from Agency Address settings.
