Momentum Release Highlights – 06/25/2026

This release expands Momentum AMS with new Data Quality tools, enhanced reporting, additional Agency Overview insights, and workflow improvements. These updates are designed to help agencies maintain cleaner data, improve reporting accuracy, and better manage their book of business.

Data Quality Tool Enhancements

Missing Data Fields

The Missing Data Fields tool has been enhanced to:

• Display the completion percentage for selected data fields across all applicable records
• Include additional data field options for analysis

Principals / Drivers Date of Birth Validation

Added a new tool to identify mismatches between Principal and Driver dates of birth.

Processor Agency Filter

Agency Overview now includes a new Processor Agency filter.

• Taxes and fees in the header summary
• Combined premium totals that include applicable taxes and fees

Agents can now enable or disable Private Tasks directly from their Details page.

Combined Batch Action

Referral Sources now support a Combined Batch Action for performing updates on multiple records simultaneously.

Claims

Cards View

Claims now support a Cards View within detail pages.

This provides a more visual way to review and manage claim activity.

The Local Database Agency Usage report now includes additional subscription information, including:

• Product filters
• Plan filters
• Additional reporting columns

Agency Location

The IVANS configuration panel can now be locked to prevent accidental edits.
