Momentum AMS Release Highlights – 12/02/2025

We have a release with some new features and additions for Momentum. Here is the list of changes included:

New Features

Primary Menu Configurator

• Select custom icons for external links in first-level navigation items.

AI Insights

• Claims Summary by AI now appears on the details pages for an instant recap and summary.

Description Templates

• Notes and SMS templates use a rich text editor. You now create templates with formatting, adding font types, bullet points, counters, and all other formatting capabilities.

Additional Updates

Tasks and Workflow Management

• Assign tasks at the agency or location level.
• Assign workflow checklists at the agency or location level.

Renewal Center

• New columns for Current Term and Full Term.

Navigation Enhancements

• Add Global Equipment List to the new side navigation.

Batch Actions

• Update the agency location for insureds or prospects.
• A checkbox moves related policies during the update.

Data Quality Tools

• Expanded options for identifying and managing Policy Duplicates.

Drivers List

• New fields for Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, and Zip Code.
• These fields appear in exports.

Interactive Reports

• The By Insured report supports selecting the parent record type as insured or prospect.
