Primary Menu Configurator
- Select custom icons for external links in first-level navigation items.
AI Insights
- Claims Summary by AI now appears on the details pages for an instant recap and summary.
Description Templates
- Notes and SMS templates use a rich text editor. You now create templates with formatting, adding font types, bullet points, counters, and all other formatting capabilities.
