• New Custom Fields Search tool to locate records using any custom field

• Introduced the bulk actions feature, enabling multiple bulk actions to easily update task information in one step

Pending Cancellations
• New action menu option called 'copy to', which duplicates a pending cancellation to other policies

Receivables / Payables
• Added a summary view for quick totals in the receivables and payables list menus

Insureds & Prospects
• New Take Payment option on both list and detail views

Insured List
• A new search filter has been added for 'Has linked records'

Add new Prospect
• Now pre-selects the current Agent/CSR in the same behavior as when creating a new Insured

Agent Charge Types
• Additional Agent charge types added
