Today’s Momentum release includes updates focused on Change Requests, Dashboard Action Center enhancements, reporting improvements, workflow visibility, and operational configuration updates.

New Features & Enhancements

♦ Change Requests

Added Due Date Field

Change Requests now support:  

• Due Date assignment

• Batch actions for updating Due Dates

This enhancement helps agencies better track outstanding requests and prioritize workload management.

♦ Personal Lines Change Requests

Added support for:

• List View

• Insert

• Edit

• Fill PDF Form functionality

Behavior is automatically determined based on the insured or prospect type.

This expands Change Request functionality for Personal Lines workflows.

Dashboard – Action Center Enhancements

♦ New Filtering Options

The Action Center now supports filtering by:

• Agent
• Location
• Tag

Additional sorting options now include:

• Entity Type
• Due Date

These improvements provide greater flexibility when managing workload and task prioritization.

♦ Action Center Default Configurations

Users can now:

• Create multiple Action Center templates
• Configure default layouts/views
• Switch between saved configurations

This allows agencies to customize operational dashboards based on workflow needs.

Data Quality Tools

♦ Policy / Quote Missing Data Fields

Added a new search filter for:

• Carrier

This enhancement improves the ability to identify incomplete policy or quote records by carrier.

Quick Export Improvements

Quick Export now supports:

• Tags as selectable export columns

This allows agencies to include tagging data in reporting and exports.

This improves visual pipeline management directly from account records.

Endorsement-Related Lists

Added the ability to:
