• Renewal Center: New optional column for Line of Business Class.

• Carrier Downloads: Direct Bill records now have visual indicators.

Batch Actions & Data Quality Enhancements

• Insureds & Policies: Now supports Combined Batch Actions.

• MGA Rep: Assign via actions menu or batch action.

• Potential Renewals Tool: Replaced and renewed data quality tools now display insured and carrier for clearer auditing.

UI Improvements

• Preferred Languages: Added all missing languages and organized the most-used options now float to the top.

• Info Centers: “Custom Fields” now accessible via the three-dot menu.

• Service Requests: Added ability to upload files to Add/Replace Vehicles service requests.

Outlook Add-In:

• New Note Field: Added a dedicated field for notes to improve clarity and eliminate the need to remove the subject line manually.

• Improved Attachment Preview: Better preview support for both emails and attached PDFs when saved into the insured’s Notes section.
