Momentum Release Highlights – 08/20/2026

The August 20, 2026 release introduces new Data Quality checks, expanded commission reporting, additional policy and endorsement information, improved Carrier and MGA filtering, and enhancements across Opportunities, Carrier Downloads, Renewal Center, Rate, and Reconciliations. These updates provide greater visibility into agency data while making several everyday workflows easier to manage.

Data Quality Tools

Agency Commission Rule Mismatch

A new Agency Commission Commission Rule Mismatch tool has been added to Data Quality Tools.

This tool helps agencies identify agency commission records where the commission rule may not match the expected configuration.

Benefits:

• Identify potential commission rule inconsistencies
• Improve commission data accuracy
• Address potential issues before reconciliation
  

Interactive Reports

Agency Commission Unearned

The Agency Commission Unearned report now includes additional columns and filters for:

• Agent
• CSR

These additions provide more flexibility when reviewing unearned agency commissions and identifying the individuals associated with the underlying business.

Opportunities

Proposal URL

A new Proposal URL field has been added to Opportunities.

The field is available when:

• Creating an Opportunity
• Editing an Opportunity
• Viewing the Opportunities List

This provides a dedicated location for storing and accessing a proposal link directly from the opportunity.

Carrier Downloads

Download Session Indicator

Policy and Quote Details pages can now display an indication when the record is associated with a Carrier Download session.

This provides additional visibility into records created or updated through Carrier Downloads.

Quote Applications

Life & Health

Insert and Edit functionality has been added for Life and Health Quote Applications, expanding the types of quote application information that can be managed within Momentum AMS.

Animals

Main List & Batch Actions

Animals now have a dedicated Main List along with a Combined Batch Action option.

This makes it easier to review and manage animal records across multiple insured accounts.

Navigation

Independent Menu Scrolling

The Primary Navigation can now be configured so the navigation menu scrolls independently from the main content area.

This can make it easier to navigate longer menus without changing your position on the page you are currently viewing.

Endorsements

Policy Effective Date

A new Policy Effective column has been added to endorsement grids.

This provides additional policy context when reviewing endorsement activity and makes it easier to compare endorsement information with the underlying policy term.

Carriers & MGAs

Primary Office

A new Primary Office column has been added to Carrier and MGA lists.

Location-Based Filtering

Carrier and MGA selectors can now be filtered to display:

• Records assigned to the user's location
• Records not assigned to any location

These options can be especially helpful for agencies with multiple offices or locations.

Policies

Currency

Policies now include a new Currency column and corresponding search filter.

This provides additional visibility and filtering capabilities for agencies managing policies involving different currencies.

Reconciliations

Receivables

The updated Reconciliations – Receivables view is now available in supported environments and can be accessed beginning from the normal Receivables list.

Policy & Quote Details

Status Viewer

Clicking the Status in the header of a Policy or Quote Details page now opens the Viewer page.

This provides faster access to additional information associated with the policy or quote status.

Rate

Additional Grid Actions

The Rate Grid Action menu has been expanded with additional options for:

• Professional Liability
• Flood H2Quoter

These additions provide additional rating options directly from the applicable Momentum AMS workflow.

Renewal Center

Get Indication

The Renewal Center now includes a Get Indication option for:

• Commercial Auto
• Cargo
• Physical Damage

This expands the rating and indication capabilities available when working with applicable commercial renewals.

Agent Commission Statements

Transaction Codes

The Producer Commission Statement report now uses transaction codes, providing additional transaction-level context when reviewing producer commission activity.
