• Agency Overview:
  • Display charts for various tabs, providing a visual representation of key data.
  • The “Change" column now features colorization and arrow indicators for quick performance assessment.
• Sembley Integration:
  • Sembley Intake is now available in the details actions and as an entry in the Documents Tab.
• AI Navigation Assistant in Navigation Palette:
  • Users can now leverage an AI assistant for simplified navigation within the Agency Management System.
• Grids (Insureds, Prospects, Policies, Quotes, Renewal Center):
  • Added an on-demand feature for "Fit columns" to improve data visibility.
• Master/Child Policies:
  • Ability to link policies and view related details in new tabs under the "General" section of the details page.
• Service Requests:
  • Ability to link existing tasks to a service request from both the list and details page.

• Interactive Reports:
  • Customer Lifespan: Added the ability to check the average value.
  • Agency Monthly Commission Payments with Balances: Enhanced with new filters for status and tags.
• Endorsement Items Lists:
  • Added a new search filter for Finance Company.
• Dashboard:
  • Users can now set a predefined board as the default dashboard, streamlining access to essential information.

  • New Batch Actions added: Change Opportunity Type & Change Closed Date.
