We're thrilled to introduce the latest updates to Momentum, designed to enhance your workflow with powerful new features and smart improvements. From streamlined task management to deeper performance insights, this release brings even more efficiency to your experience. Let’s explore what’s new!

 

New Features:

  • Tasks within Service Requests: Directly add new tasks to service requests from both the list and details pages. A dedicated "Tasks" tab has been added to the Service Request Details Page for streamlined task management.
  • Data Quality Tools: Introduction of a new feature to identify expired policies that may be potential renewals or replacements.
Feature Improvements:
  • Interactive Reports - Leadership Board: Added a panel displaying Agency Fees per agent, providing deeper insights into agent performance.
  • Opportunity Types: Users can now create, edit, and list different opportunity types, allowing for more granular tracking and categorization of potential sales.
  • Production Report By Endorsement: Enhanced with a panel that groups amounts by premium endorsement types.
  • Opportunities: Users can now set and filter opportunities by Opportunity Type, allowing for more targeted analysis.
  • Tasks: Category stage status can now be changed directly on the details page and the list modal window, improving workflow efficiency.
  • To Do List: Due date text color now changes based on the current time, providing a visual cue for urgency.
  • Task Categories: The default status display now mirrors the functionality of regular tasks, ensuring consistency.
  • Endorsement Premium/Non-Premium Types: Ability to reorder endorsement premium and non-premium types.
  • Recent Production List/Renewals List/Performance Partners Reports: Added a new filter option for Line of Business (LoB) Class.
