Momentum AMS Update: New Features & Enhancements You Need to Know

At Momentum, we're always working to enhance your agency management experience with smarter tools and improved workflows. Today, we're excited to introduce a fresh batch of updates designed to boost efficiency, provide deeper insights, and streamline day-to-day operations.

From expanded reporting capabilities to new data visualization options, this release brings powerful enhancements to help agencies make better decisions faster. Whether you're looking for better trend analysis, improved commission tracking, or new filtering options, there’s something in this update for everyone.

Here’s a breakdown of the latest additions and improvements:
  • Agency Overview: Added a new Business Type tab.
  • Agency Overview - Trends: Now allows exporting to PDF with charts.
  • Interactive Reports: Introduced Customer Lifespan tracking.
  • Policy Revenue Amounts: Added the ability to redirect to a detailed list for deeper insights.
  • Performance Assessment Reports: Now includes a Total Amounts option.
  • Carriers - Insert / Edit: Introduced a Renewal Quotes panel.
  • Organization Structure: Ability to view users by location or workgroup for better management.
  • Policy Info Center: Added a new tab for Important Dates tracking.
  • Agent Commission Statements: Now displays linked agent charges in a separate grid.
  • Insured List: Added new columns and filters for Customer Since & Customer Lifespan.
  • Opportunities: New column & filter for LoB Class.
  • Renewal Center: Added new column & filter for Agency Fees.
  • Insured Details Subline: Displays "Lost Since" date for inactive insureds.
Additional Improvements:
  • Interactive Reports: Introduced a new category - Renewals & Retention Ratios.
  • Interactive Reports: The search panel is now always visible for easier navigation.
  • Endorsement Related Lists: Total Amounts now exclude cents for a cleaner display.
  • Zapier Integration: Custom webhook can now be triggered on unsubscribe surveys.
