MomentumAMP Release Highlights – 06/26/2025

Today’s update delivers smarter quoting, modernized workflows, and powerful new tools—including the debut of Quote/Rate Linq—to help your agency move faster and stay consistent.

Agency Management System:

Reporting & Data Tools

• New Interactive Report: Policies Without Agency Commission.

• Policy List Enhancements:

 – Added new status: Flat Cancel.

 – Added optional Create Date column in Policy/Quote lists.

 – Carrier/MGA Details: Now displays Agency ID (Code).

 – Insured Item Sorting: Policies are now ordered by the latest effective date.

• Endorsement Summary: Added summary view for easier policy change tracking.

Service & Workflow Tools

• Combined Batch Action: Available for Insureds and Policies.
• Service Requests:

 – Upload files to Add/Replace Vehicle requests.

 – Removed 150-character limit for General New, Add Vehicle, and Replace Vehicle.

• Referral Info Display: Referral Source or MGA Contact now visible directly, with optional inline detail view

Automation Center:

Workflow Builder Enhancements

• Policy Origin Filter: Added a new filter option so you can trigger workflows based on where a policy originated (e.g., API, manual entry, import).

Email Workflow Improvements

• Inline Image Support: You can now paste images directly into the body of workflow emails—no attachments needed.
• Better Email Error Reporting: Replaced generic codes (401, 402, 403) with actual failure reasons to improve issue tracking and resolution.

Proposal Generator Updates

• Document-Style Template Redesign: A fresh, polished look for your proposal templates.
• Dashboard Improvements: View proposals for Insureds and Prospects directly on the dashboard.
• Improved Logo Scaling: Logos now render with consistent sizing.

Trigger Builder UI

•  Cleaned up repetitive text.
• “Filter” renamed to “Sub Condition” for better clarity.
• Permissions Update: Users can now reuse existing workflow triggers with the right access.

Campaign Workflow Enhancements

• Dates now appear in MM/DD/YYYY format.
• Time displays are updated to AM/PM.

Outlook Add-In:

• New Note Field: Added a dedicated subject field to improve clarity and reduce manual edits.

• Improved Attachment Preview: Better PDF rendering for both emails and attachments in the Notes section.

Integrations:

• Improved TurboRater Integration Mapping: Field alignment and mapping improved between MomentumAMS and the TurboRater UI.
