• Summary AI: AI-generated summaries are now available for Tasks & Service Requests. Instantly receive a summary of all tasks!

Reporting & Data Tools

• Interactive Reports: Policies With Multiple LoB Split by LoB.

• LoB Split Segments: Ability to check policies for values of premium and commission in LoB Panel.

Agent Charges

• Multiple Insert: Add multiple charges in one action for faster usage.

Carrier / MGA Tools

• New Batch Action: Change Agency (for Master Agencies).
• Grid Actions: Added new link “View Reps” in Carrier/MGA list.

Custom Fields

• New Option: Copy values from another insured or policy.

Description Templates

• Clone Feature: Added ability to clone templates.
