Agency Management System:

Interactive Reports

• Insureds / Prospects by Age

• Agency Commissions by Policy CSR

Data Quality Tools

• Check for missing properties on Insureds / Prospects, with ability to:

  • See applied tags

  • Filter by tags

  • Change tags

Insureds / Prospects:

• Automatically create location and property on insert when possible
• Addresses Tab: new button to auto-create from insured/prospect record

Service & Workflow Tools:

CL Change Requests – Improvements

• Link to filled Acord 175 Form

• Display counter in details tabs

• Easier control of the number of items in collections

• New Save & Fill Form option

• Applied date displayed in the bottom grid

Change Requests & Service Requests

• Ability to link change requests to service requests
