Adam Kiefer was most recently the Founder and Executive Chairman of Talage, an industry-leading Submission Management Platform transforming the commercial insurance landscape. His career spans nearly two decades in the insurance industry, where he has consistently leveraged his expertise to drive innovation, enable customer success, and build solutions designed for agents, brokers, and carriers to achieve unprecedented efficiencies.

Adam's extensive leadership experience includes serving in key roles at Nevada State Bank, EMPLOYERS, and Wells Fargo Insurance, where he honed his skills and gained a deep understanding of the insurance distribution channel. A proud alumnus of the University of Nevada, Adam also captained its championship football program, demonstrating his commitment to leadership and teamwork both on and off the field.

Beyond his professional achievements, Adam is dedicated to giving back to the community. He actively supports initiatives for children, low-income housing, and individuals with disabilities, exemplifying his commitment to making a positive impact.
