Momentum Release Highlights – 09/04/2025

Today’s update introduces smarter reporting, cleaner workflows, and new customization tools to keep your agency moving faster.

Feature Spotlight

• Notifications Bell: A brand-new bell icon has been added to deliver notifications sent straight to you. You can view and mark them as read—making it easy to notify teammates when you need assistance.
• @Mentions in Notes: You can now @ your teammates within notes to instantly notify them. Once mentioned, they’ll see a counter update and hear a sound cue, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Reporting & Data Tools

• New Interactive Report: Monoline Customers.
• Production & Revenue Reports: Added a new filter for Location.
• Policy / Quote Info Center: Important Dates tab now displays due dates with color indicators.

Certificates & Contacts

• Certificate Holders: Ability to create contacts assigned directly to holders, with a new tab added to the holder's details page.

Data Quality Tools

• Added a new tool to check for missing properties on Policies and Quotes.

Dashboard

• New Birthdays Widget for easier visibility of upcoming birthdays.

Contacts & Agents

• Contacts: Now supports Combined Batch Actions.
• Agents: Bulk Action to change Primary Role.
• Agents Counter: Updated to display only the number of active agents.

Workflow Tools

• Workflow Checklists:
• Assign checklists directly to endorsements.
• Clone Action option now available.

Tasks

• Task Categories: Expanded customization for the Supervisor and Assigned To fields, allowing you to assign directly to the Agent or CSR listed as the assigned to on the insured or policy.
